Ebony McQueen Harris

As a creative empowerment coach/consultant, and founder of LEVELS Creative Empowerment and Consulting Group, Ebony McQueen-Harris is focused on connecting the dots between projects/businesses, the creative arts and community endeavors. With LEVELS Ebony and her “tribe of women creatives” help clients connect the dots as it relates to their personal and/or organizations’ “why”, which according to her, can often occur through creative arts.

Ebony believes, “You’re more passionate about what you’re doing when you know your why.” “It’s important for people to understand that collaboration is pivotal in their journey. I’d like to think I serve as a connector in forming those specific relationships.” says, Ebony.

In February, 2016, Ebony stepped into the role of project manager with Ignite Northside. Ignite Northside, a program of New Sun Rising and Riverside Center for Innovation-in partnership with the Buhl Foundation; provides opportunities for the planning, testing and refinement of local entrepreneurs and project leaders’ concepts through mentoring, consulting and peer workshops.

In the fall/winter of 2016, Ebony, alongside her tribe, will launch the six (6) month project-WON: Women of the Northside. WON’s mission is to support women enjoying everyday life, having peace in the process while pursuing what matters most to them-community, family, professional development and/or entrepreneurship. WON provides a home for a larger connected network for women, establishing community ties to foster development and growth of a woman-centered collaborative.
